Details regarding the specifics of your order will be confirmed via your final invoice. To secure your place in the order queue 50% of your total is required before production begins. If your deposit is not received 3 days of receiving your invoice a cancellation may occur without communicating any special circumstances regarding your payment. Once full payment of the invoice is received the order will be delivered per the delivery arrangements made before paying the first half of the invoice. We will not be liable for any incident or damage that occurs after the point of delivery and will not be eligible for a refund. Orders placed within less than the minimum notice of 2 days in advance it will be subject to a rush fee of 25% of the total final invoice.


Seven (7) days prior to pickup/delivery date, all cake orders are final and non-refundable. The pickup time cannot be moved up, and no changes can be made to items. If you must make a change, if available, there will be a $30 change fee added to order.

Disputes:

Issues regarding the appearance of the product must be addressed prior to acceptance of product at delivery. We ask that you document any and all issues regarding complaints about final product. Once the product has been accepted no further disputes may be brought forth after the delivery appointment. Any refund request must be sent via email along with any photos and other evidence you may have in order to be eligible for a refund.

Payment:

Other accepted payment options include: Credit, Debit, Zelle, Cash App & PayPal. Cash is accepted however full payment is required upon receipt of the invoice. Cash is not eligible for the 50% deposit option.
