Danielle developed a love for cooking from watching her grandfather in the kitchen. At the age of 19, she started her first position at Pelican Hill Resort, in Newport Harbor, CA where she began learning the art of fine cuisine & proper kitchen techniques. Since then, her passion for food has continued to grow.
